Good/Fair condition - Partial Refund (10% - 30% deduction) : Missing original packaging, Original tags unattached/missing, Missing parts.
Poor condition - Partial Refund (50% reduction) : Signs of wear, alteration or use, missing essential parts, item is damaged, item requires service / repair.
As for golf club (sold as New / Open Box), if we find any sign of usage on head upon return, there will be 50% reduction in refund since we can no longer sell it in brand new condition.
We do not have an exchange policy, so if you want another style / size / color, please make a fresh purchase on eBay. As soon as we confirm the payment, we will ship out.
